To be successful, it is very important that I learn the market, develop a plan of action, and be seen as an expert with xxxxxx products as well as the competition. The following Year One Plan represents a timeline to build effective strategies into the sales cycle and increase revenue immediately. These strategies incorporate the basic sales principles of identifying customers, developing relationships, summarizing, and planning; which collectively contribute to forward movement of existing and future accounts.
Included in the description of the Year One Action Plan is the Prospect Management System which I have adapted from Steve Shiftman’s book: “Getting to closed.” This program will effectively increase sales revenue and aid in maximizing relationships with prospects and current customers.
